Service Description

Duration: 2.5 hours Overview: Tailored for experienced baristas, this advanced training module emphasizes crucial skills for refining your espresso dial-in and brewing techniques. Upon completion of the module, the barista will possess the proficiency to operate independently, maintain quality standards according to a designated espresso recipe, and adeptly adjust the key variables influencing the espresso brew. The training module will encompass the following essential skills: 1. Proficiency in managing the four key variables and understanding their impact on the brewing process. 2. Introduction of Temperature as an additional "outside-of-the-box" variable. 3. Evaluation of 'balance' in the cup and the correct procedure for dialing in an espresso coffee to enhance flavor and nuance.

If you are unable to attend the class: No refund will be given, however you are welcome to send a substitute in your place.
